In your busy everyday life you don’t always have much time to prepare a good and healthy breakfast like  Top 5 Breakfast Choices: Nice N’ Easy. A quick,easy and healthy way to start your day is a smoothie. Smoothies are cool, full of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and proteins, that makes them a great choice for a breakfast or even a snack during your day. Their base is very simple some fruits,some liquid (milk/juice/water) some seeds or superfoods, blend it, drink it, done. Enjoy!


Let’s see 5 recipes for you to try:

1) Green detox Smoothie

• 1 kiwi
• 1 banana
• ¼ cup pineapple
• 2 celery stalks
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 cup water

2) Ginger-Carrot-Pineapple Smoothie


•1 banana
•1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
•2 medium carrots
•Little fresh ginger (according to your preferences)
•1 cup almond milk

3) Strawberry – yogurt smoothie

•4 cups strawberries
•1 cup Greek yogurt
•1/2 cup fresh orange juice
•1 tablespoon honey

4) Mango smoothie

•1/2 ripe mango
•1 cup Greek yogurt
•1 cup low fat milk
•1 tablespoon honey
* little cinnamon (optional)

5) Orange -Banana Smoothie

•1 & 1/2 cup orange juice
•½ cup sliced banana
•2 teaspoons honey
•1/8 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
•3 ice cubes
•mint sprig (optional)
