Water is way too important to our health. About 80% of our body is comprised of water. There are some very good reasons, why water is beneficial to our health, that we should have in mind. It regulates your body temperature (sweating and respiration) and protects body organs and tissues. Also it carries oxygen and nutrients to cells, protects your organs and especially your kidneys, helps convert food to energy and for weight loss. If you have problems or simply find boring drinking water all the time here are some ways of enjoying drinking more water by adding some fruits or vegetables and herbs inside. The decisions are endless, you can choose among any fruit or veggie you like and mingle it with 1-2 liters of water et voila! This will give an extra sparkle for the taste of water and also make you feel rejuvenated.
