Super foods, how super are they? Personally I really love all the benefits of these goodies! I believe that we have to learn each ones benefits and use them properly in our daily routine in order to help us build a stronger body/mind and immune system. Plus they are the key to a balanced diet with the right proportions. Let’s begin!

Acai is an indigenous berry commonly found in the rain forests of the Amazon. It is rich in antioxidants that help protect cells from damage, enhances athletic performance, it’s used as an energy booster and also have anti-aging effects.

Chia is a species of flowering plant in the mint family. Chia seeds contain essential fatty acids, mucin, strontium, Vitamins A, B, E, and D, and minerals including sulphur, iron, iodine, magnesium, manganese, niacin, thiamine, and they are a rich source of anti-oxidants. All them help from skin aging, digesting health, protecting heart health and boosting energy and metabolism.

Guarana is a sacred plant originated in the Amazonian forest and was used for more than 3,000 years by the Indians. We usually use Guarana powder for energy. But Guarana has also other benefits like reduce fatigue, help to concentrate, help weight loss and digestion and several others. BUT we have to be careful about the dosage cause only 2-4 grams of Guarana should be taken per day (prefer morning hours ).
