Morning Detoxing Juices

Fruits and vegetables are the best combination for morning starters. Drink your juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach because the vitamins & minerals are more easily absorbed on an empty stomach. These juices are all for 2 servings. So grab your partner and juice it together.

1) “Bloody Mary Juice”

(Beet & apple) Beets are know as cleansers of the blood. Also with they are full of folate, manganese potassium, iron and Vitamin C. Add apples & ginger to make it more tasty and voilà. Ingredients: 3 small beets 2-3 apples 1/2 inch fresh ginger.

2) “The Vitamin Juice”

(Spinach & celery ) Spinach is a good source of calcium, iron, and potassium. Combined it with celery and cucumber makes a juice full of vitamins for morning energy. Ingredients: 3 cups packed spinach 2 cucumber 2 celery stalk.

3) “The Energy Bomb”

(Carrot & orange ) Carrot and orange are perfect together! This juice is a good source of both vitamins C and K and also contains Beta-carotene, which is converted to vitamin A in the body-good for skin and night vision. Ingredients: 4 carrots 4 oranges (Optional 1 teaspoon chia seeds or 1 teaspoon Acai berry).

4) “Deflation “

(Pineapple juice) Pineapple provides lots of health benefits because of its high quantity of minerals, fibers, enzymes and vitamin C. Moreover it is well know that pineapple reduce our bloating. Ingredients: 3 cups of chopped pineapple 1 cup of water or almond water Remember that daily recommended vegetable and fruits intakes are up to 5-6 servings. So try these juices in order to add a serving in your busy day.

5) Strawberry & Lime Juice

Strawberries can be a powerful immune booster: the apple provides sweetness and an antioxidant boost and lime juice provides a burst of flavor and Vitamin C. Ingredients: 1/2 cup lime juice, 1 1/2 cup of frozer strawberries, 2 cups of cold water, 5 ice-cubes, 1/4 cup of sugar (brown is recommended) .Place lime juice, cold water, sugar, and strawberries in blender and blend on high until smooth. While blender is running, add ice cubes one at a time.
